Zilker Zephyr

Thomas took his first trip on the Zephyr this weekend. For Thomas, the highlight of the train ride was when the train passed by a panhandler that was playing his guitar and singing.
Thomas spent the remainder of the 25-minute trip plotting how to wiggle out of my arms and make a break for the soccer fields. While it was a great workout for me, I think we might wait a few months before we go again.


The Zilker Park playground is awesome. They had a lot of structures for toddlers and this classic fire truck was a huge draw!
