Our neighborhood hosts a little shindig each year to commemorate the annual lighting of the historic airport control tower that has been restored and is one of the airport icons in the hood. Each year they have a high school drum line and lots of treats. This year the Austin Children's Museum sponsored it and all the kids got to design a gingerbread air control tower. Pretty cute stuff.

| Here's the pic from the "green screen" - we must have bribed Thomas with a cookie to get that smile. |
