Baby Thomas was born at 12:01 am on July 27th. He weighed 8 pounds, 1.6 ounces and measured 20 1/2 inches. Dad got to hang out in the nursery with him while he got cleaned up, weighed, and measured. Unfortunately, Mom had to go to the recovery room and did not get to meet him until 2:30 am. It was a long 2 1/2 hours and we were counting down the minutes until the nurses brought little Thomas into our room.
